This is the story of our Piaggio Ape', Chilli.

We went to visit friends in Germany and saw a couple of nice Piaggio Apé as work vehicles and an idea started to form.

Then after some research and making plans we decided to buy a Piaggio Apé with help from my parents and the family named her Chilli.

We bought Chilli in September 2023 and started work on building the frame in October after sketching out a rough plan on a sheet of paper. It was quite a steep learning curve but it soon started to take shape.

After many weeks work she was nearly ready and we decided to have a get together with friends.

It was a success!!

Finally at the end of May Chilli was ready for our first event.... Wahoo!
