When we went traveling we spent some time in Thailand. Whilst there we lived on a little island called Koh Jum with a couple called Ray and Sao. We asked questions about Thai cooking there and did some Wok cooking on the beach.

During our stay in Thailand we also did a couple of cooking courses, which were great and gave me inspiration when we got home.

In Thailand we really enjoyed going to night food markets. Sitting outside, enjoying a cold beer and eating freshly cooked curries and noodles.

Back in England we decided to start Noodle Head in 2014 and slowly gained equipment and experience.

We are a small family run business with great reliable people who work with us.

2024 is very exciting for us with the launch of our Piaggio Apé, "Chilli".
